The Water for Life Implementation Review Committee is responsible for routinely reviewing the implementation progress of the Water for Life strategy. They are guided by a Terms of Reference.
Review reports provide feedback and recommendations to the Government of Alberta and other stakeholders to help advance the achievement of the Water for Life strategy’s goals. The Committee completed its third review report in June 2009. Their report, Review of Implementation Progress of Water for Life, 2006 - 2008, highlights on-going challenges in implementing the strategy, provides some general recommendations to advance the strategy and then provides more detailed recommendations to advance each of the Water for Life strategy's three goals and three key directions. A detailed review of progress toward each of the Water for Life strategy's three goals and three key directions is also provided.
